Welcome to Varied Expressions of Worship

This blog will be written from an orthodox Christian point of view. There may be some topic that is out of bounds, but at present I don't know what it will be. Politics is a part of life. Theology and philosophy are disciplines that we all participate in even if we don't think so. The Bible has a lot to say about economics. How about self defense? Is war ethical? Think of all the things that someone tells you we should not touch and let's give it a try. Everything that is a part of life should be an expression of worship.

Keep it courteous and be kind to those less blessed than you, but by all means don't worry about agreeing. We learn more when we get backed into a corner.

Opus 2015-219: Should-a-Beens: Label Liability

I think we need more government regulations.

I think we need the federal government to step in an mandate a specific location for the labels on men’s underware.  I do not take this step lightly, but the time has come.  Two days in a row I have put my underware on backwards.  Having the opening in the back may facilitate passage of gas but makes it hard to do what only a man can do.  As I get older I find these lapses coming more often.  I want to apply my limited mental energy to other things besides underware.

While they are at it, they might want to regulate where you put the care labels on all pieces of clothing.  I don’t have many years left and I am wasting it trying to find the little tag that will tell me if I should  chose warm or cold.

Please write your representatives.

    1. My only regret that I will not live to be 123 is that I will not be able to laugh at you when you are 67.

      Grace and peace.

Comments are welcome. Feel free to agree or disagree but keep it clean, courteous and short. I heard some shorthand on a podcast: TLDR, Too long, didn't read.
