I was thinking of someone that I see rarely but when I do see him just brings a smile to my face. Just thinking about him causes that reaction. That made me start thinking about other people who don’t bring a smile to my face. You could make two lists. You might ignore the frown face list but it could make your day to think of all the smiley faces you are blessed with.
That made me think about whether I bring a smile to other peoples faces?
Sounds like a good goal to me.
