Opus 2024-120: Sneezing

I was going through a bout of sneezing this morning and it didn’t seem to want to stop.  I kept acting like I was in polite company.  I would cover my nose and try to stifle it.  Then I let go one massive sneeze and sprayed it all over creation.  This is not a problem since I was sitting on the front porch, before dawn, by myself.  I was free to do so.

And I noticed that the sneezing stopped.  This makes me ask a question.  Would it be healthier if we would stop trying to contain our sneezes and just let them blow?  Is the sneeze a natural, God-given, way of dealing with something in our head.  Will we be better off if we would stop trying to stop?

How many of the habits we develop to be courteous and civilized are potentially unhealthy?

Comments are welcome. Feel free to agree or disagree but keep it clean, courteous and short. I heard some shorthand on a podcast: TLDR, Too long, didn't read.
