What would be the fun of philosophy if you knew all the answers? I think this is one reason why God would probably not be excited about philosophy because when you asked him what was truth he would know the answer. Or maybe not. Maybe there are some questions that have no final answer, but the joy and stimulation is in the discussion. Maybe God has made us that way to understand how He is. Immutability might mean that He is contemplating things that never can be contemplated even by Him.
Now there is a question, “Are there things which God has established, which even He will be contemplating forever?” Picture God really enjoying long division and trying to find out the value of pi.
Not being a fan of long division, I would rather not.
