How many of you thought the announcement that Mayor Pete was withdrawing from the race was a post starting at Babylon Bee?

I see those hands.

I am relieved because I feared being forced to learn how to pronounce his name.

    I suppose, in the off chance that he had won, we could have addressed him as President Pete.

      I seem to remember a little firework product called Piccolo Pete. I don't remember it being impressive.

    I never learned to pronounce his name, either, so I just called him butt-boy.
