The good news and the bad news. On the good side, North and South Korea are talking and it seems like they are making progress. On the bad side, this is nothing new. According to the
Associated Press,
“The countries have a long history of failing to follow through with rapprochement accords.”
So continue to hope but don’t sell your emergency supplies in a yard sale.
