It may be time for the president to use the power of his office to start cleaning up Washington. I say that because the Republican party seems determined to return to minority status instead of doing something about the crimes and abuses of the left.
What has me going is the obvious witch hunt by Robert Meuller. His current target is Paul Manafort. The plan is to keep digging into his past until you find some minuscule detail on which to hang him. Rest assured, if they cannot find anything they will fabricate one. Their hope is to intimidate him enough that he will turn on the president and start making up stuff that can be used to bring Trump down in a Deep State Coup.
I have a solution. The president should start issuing blanket pardons to any member of his team that is being investigated by Meuller. Let the tool of the Democrats then do all the digging he wants. If he finds any dirt, good for him but he won’t be able to threaten people with jail and ruined lives for his left wing handlers.
Is it possible that a few wrong-doers will be given Get out of Jail Free cards? Yes. It is definite though that more will be given Don’t Go to Jail in the First Place for No Reason Cards.
